**Holiday Gourmet Cooking Workshop**
Elevate your holiday entertaining with our festive gourmet cooking workshop! In this class, you'll learn how to create a variety of handcrafted, freezer- or refrigerator-friendly dishes, perfect for special occasions. Together, we'll prepare delicious items including stuffed mushroom caps, a festive cheese ball, stuffing sausage bites with cranberries, snowflake buns, cheesy Gruyère, mozzarella & cream cheese dip, mini spinach and cheese pies, ham and cheddar pinwheels, twice baked sour cream, cream cheese & bacon stuffed potatoes, and phyllo-wrapped Brie with cranberry sauce dip.
All recipes will be fully prepared during the class, so you can simply bake them at home when needed. These gourmet treats are sure to impress your guests and make your holiday celebrations truly memorable!
Each participant will bring home 6 stuffed mushroom caps, 1 cheese ball, 12 stuffing sausage bites with cranberries, 6 snowflake buns, 1 cheesy dip, 6 mini spinach and cheese pies, 6 mini French meat pies (empanada style), 6 puff pastry ham & cheese pinwheels, 6 twice baked cream cheese, sour cream and bacon stuffed potatoes and 1 Brie wheel wrapped in phyllo.
