In this hands-on experience, you'll learn the art of crafting the perfect ciabatta with its signature crusty exterior and soft, airy interior. While the bread is baking, we’ll prepare a hearty Italian Wedding Soup filled with flavorful meatballs, fresh greens, and pasta.

Each participant will also make a ciabatta bread dough to take home, prove, bake and enjoy!

This class is perfect for all skill levels and promises to fill your kitchen with delicious aromas. Come ready to create and enjoy a taste of Italy!

Audience: Adults and young adults 16 and older. Young adults must be accompanied by an adult on a separate ticket. We have had many Grandmother and granddaughter pairs and mother and daughter pairs that have enjoyed a memorable, fun time!
