Let’s make burrata…a super soft creamy delicious Italian cheese! It has stretched fresh mozzarella on the outside (like a sack) and inside soft stracciatella (mozzarella curd blended with cream inside). We’ll also have an amazing complimentary lunch with fresh pasta, basil, tomatoes, EVO and of course fresh burrata and some complimentary Chianti! It’s amazing! 21+
