Join us for this fun class where you will learn the basics to boiling bath method canning and hot processing with acidification as you make your own salsa, Bloody Mary Mix and BBQ Sauce.

You’ll learn everything to safely process food at home that is shelf stable using canning rules, time, temperature and PH regulation.

We’ll also have a complimentary snacking session after utilizing everything that we made!
